The Fresh Palate Café is a boutique restaurant run by Virginia Murphy and her amazing staff. It has been successfully serving the Willamette Valley since 1993, drawing upon Virginia's years of experience in the kitchen. Located above the Lawrence Gallery outside of McMinnville on your way to the coast, it's a perfect place to stop in for some delicious Dungeness Crab and a refreshing glass of Pinot Gris. Stroll the sculpture gardens after your lunch (and perhaps between another glass of wine). Who knows, you may just not make it to the coast after all!
